KRIGSGRAV - FIRES in the Fall

MOST RECENT UPDATE: Expected to receive copies in March 2024, shipping in April 2024 or sooner

February 28, 2024 - We just received our first update since October 2023, and it looks like the plant is finally addressing their backlog. The waiting is (hopefully please please please) about to come to an end. We received the following message from the CEO of our fulfillment partners, and we are cautiously optimistic:

“I am quickly dropping you a line to let you know I've been dealing with the vinyl backlog which concerns your orders and assure you that we are almost there. The much delayed orders should be shipping out to you in the course of March, one by one.”

OLD UPDATES:

We placed orders in April 2023.

We were given an ETA of August 2023. In August, we were told September. On October 3rd we were told 2-3 weeks. Despite numerous requests, we were not updated again until December 13th. The update was not encouraging. That said, our fulfillment company has been apologetic for the delays and lack of information, and I know they want this resolved like I do. They are caught in the middle of the delays between me (and many other labels) and the pressing plant, and I empathize with their uncomfortable position as well.

Here is the exact quote:

“I do not have a reasonable update for this moment. Trust me (although it might be a hard task to ask), I am fighting for that with a plant and as soon as I will get anything I feel comfortable with passing along, I will not keep you hangin.”

I will update everyone as soon as I have useful information.

Until then, please know that Wise Blood is devastated to keep the band and supporters waiting. We are at the mercy of the plant and we appreciate your compassion. We are trustworthy and all orders will be fulfilled once we receive the delayed merch.
